The music of Avatar: Seven Havens

Jeremy Zuckerman, who scored the first two series, is back with a very different sound. No album has been released yet, but one piece has already escaped the show: the lullaby the twins' mother sang. Here is what is known, and what you can listen to right now.

The composer

Jeremy Zuckerman composed Avatar: Seven Havens. He wrote the music for Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra as half of The Track Team with Benjamin Wynn, so the franchise's sound has been his for twenty years. For Seven Havens he has described the score as a completely different instrumental palette, much more synthesis-oriented: fewer of the erhu-and-taiko textures of the original, more electronic and vocal colour to match a world two centuries on from Korra.

You can hear the shift in the trailer: the familiar four-note Avatar motif is still there, but it sits on synth pads rather than strings.

Is there a soundtrack album?

Not yet (October 17, 2026). No Seven Havens score album is listed on Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music, and neither Paramount nor Zuckerman has announced one. The earlier series set the pattern: the Last Airbender Book albums were released by Republic Records years after the show, while Korra's came out season by season. Our expectation is a Book 1 album after the finale on October 30, 2026, but that is a guess, not a date. This page will be updated the day an album is announced.

Until then the only official places to hear the music are the episodes on Paramount+ and the trailers on the Avatar Legends YouTube channel. Uploads titled "OST" on YouTube are audio ripped from the episodes and tend to be taken down.

Kiran's Lullaby: the song the twins' mother sang

The breakout piece is a short lullaby. Pavi hums it in episode 3, "The Order", to calm a charging camodillo, and the show tells us it is the song their mother used to sing; in episode 6 the sisters share a vision of their parents. Fans have named it Kiran's Lullaby, after the name given for the mother, and it has spread fast: duet covers, kalimba and piano versions, sheet music and a TikTok trend of people singing it to their pets.

The official title is not published yet, since there is no album, so treat the name as the fandom's. If an official tracklist appears we will list it here. Two well-made covers, both the uploader's own performance:
